How Do You Design a Home for Florida's Climate?
Florida design should not look like a compromise. The climate informs the choices, but it shouldn't dictate the aesthetic. HLM’s emphasizes highly personalized design, hospitality, quality and custom selections, and creating an emotional experience in our designs. All those choices work with Florida’s unique climate, rather than fighting against it.
Coastal Transitional Modern Interiors: How Tampa Bay Homes Can Nail the Look
Coastal transitional modern interiors strike a rare balance: relaxed yet refined, timeless yet bold. In Tampa Bay, where light, landscape, and lifestyle shape how homes are lived in, HLM Designs reimagines this aesthetic through a more daring lens. Harry layers sculptural forms, rich textures, and unexpected contrasts into spaces that feel effortless, elevated, and deeply personal. The result is coastal living that moves beyond the expected and into something truly unforgettable.
