Notable Inspiration: The client provided inspiration images, which we used as a jumping off point for our own mood board.

What made the finished design unique: The space was brand new and our client wanted it to feel like a moody spa where the outside had been brought in. Using our custom mood board and the meticulous notes we took during the consultation, we composed a space with colors and design elements that pushed the client’s comfort level to new and thrilling heights. We incorporated custom elements — like the elegant and edgy reception desk, design-forward lighting selections, and the murals featuring expressive line drawings of human forms — which brought the whole project together and made it truly one-of-a-kind.

We bet you’d never guess: The reception desk you see here was not the original concept we created for the space. After the initial design failed to meet our exacting standards, we sought the help of a trusted craftsman. Together we created the existing design with a designated section for the office staff as well as a transaction counter where clients can write or rest their personal belongings as-needed. The clean lines contrast beautifully with the organic elements throughout the space.
